Wheat flour :50gms( this will make upto 2 thick rotis)
Mix veggies sabzi: 150gms ( use your own method to prepare dry mixed veg sabzi)( i have used veggies oil and some sabzi masala )
Grated cheese :20gms
Oil :4 gms ( most of it used in making sabzi and few drops in greasing sandwich maker)
STEPS: . Make thick roti using wheat flour and keep aside . Keep dry mixed veg sabzi ready and keep aside . Keeps grated cheese ready . Now take a ready roti made at step one . Fold the roti to half and make sure where to put your sabzi so that it wont over flow or get displaced, open the roti back . Now add sabzi to one side of roti & add grated cheese on top . Fold the left over other side of roti on top of the filled side . Now grease sandwich maker with some oil both on top and bottom plates ( pre heat sandwich maker for mins) . Place the roti on top of it and close the sandwich maker , leave it ON for - mins max and take it out . Shapes it acquire depends on the shape of your sandwich maker, post that you can cut it into desired shape . Enjoy your roti sandwich bites with any sauce of your choice (count your macros for sauce)π
